4. Cancellations and Refunds

Clients must cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance. Missed appointments or last-minute cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee. Refunds are not guaranteed and will be evaluated case-by-case.

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, showing up on time, and following agreed-upon plans or services. Coaching does not replace medical, psychological, or legal advice.
